Policies, Terms and Conditions (Updated 12/29/15):

1) 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns & Refunds  by 
100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all Stetzerizer Filter Orders
All Stetzerizer brand products are backed by a 60 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Stetzerizer brand purchase, or you change your mind, you may contact us to obtain an RMA (return material authorization) number, and return your order.  You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return plus the original actual shipping costs ($11-15 usually) incurred by us.  As long as the return is received within 60 days of your original purchase, we will refund the entire price of your order minus the original actual shipping cost we incurred.

If your order is incorrect or if any of the merchandise is damaged, we will provide you with a return shipping label and then we will replace the item free of charge once we receive it.

To request an RMA, you may contact us by phone at 1-888-480-7759 or by clicking My Account at the top (make sure you login), clicking the order you would like to return, and requesting an RMA through the online automated form.  You must have an RMA number prior to sending us a package.

Non-Stetzerizer brand products are returnable in new (resellable) condition with all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, etc within 30 days of your receipt of the order, unless otherwise specified on the product information/detail page.  Please obtain an RMA as described above before returning any products.  

Some special-order items like cut shielding material, opened air-tube headsets, etc may be non-returnable - be sure to read the product details on the product information/detail page to see if this policy applies.  Most non-Stetzerizer items are returnable, but may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the product purchase price at our discretion.  Customer is responsible for paying the original shipping charges on the order if free shipping was applied, as well as the return shipping costs.  Customers should always verify that they received their refund.  ElectraHealth is not responsible for refunds 90 days or more past the date we received your refund package.

*Wholesale customers do not qualify for the 60-day return policy.

2) Free Shipping & Shipping Policies  by 
Free Shipping -- Our free shipping offers only apply to USPS Priority or UPS ground at our discretion shipping to the 50 US states. Shipping to other countries will incur a surcharge to cover the cost of the shipping.  We do not mark-up shipping.  Orders must qualify for free shipping by being over $199 in value or otherwise marked free shipping on the product level.  Orders that received free shipping, and then are subsequently partially returned to us, bringing the value below the free shipping threshold will be charged the original shipping cost.

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 3:00PM central time will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by or other parties only as an estimate.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks  by 
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. We must wait for funds to clear before we ship your merchandise when you pay by check/money order. Standard Rental Agreement  by rents equipment to customers with the following standard terms. Carefully check the product description of the rental product you are looking at to make sure there are no special rental terms (they will be clearly marked by the checkbox at the top) for that particular rental.

Unless otherwise noted, the Standard Rental Agreement is as follows:

  1. Renter (customer) must pay the rental fee and security deposit upfront, as well as shipping charges.
  2. Rentals are for a 1-week period and include Prepaid return label (Either United States Postal Service (USPS - Mail/Post Office) or UPS (Brown Trucks).
  3. 1 week begins the day renter receives the unit, based on tracking/delivery confirmation by carrier.
  4. Renter should carefully keep all original materials including packaging, packing materials, instructions, etc.
  5. Renter should carefully handle meters as they are fragile.
  6. Renter should carefully pack the units in the same manner they received them with all original materials.
  7. Renter must submit return box, sealed with tape and with prepaid return label affixed to appropriate carrier (USPS or UPS) on the 7th day - exactly 1 week after box was received.
  8. Renter will receive refund of the security deposit minus actual shipping charges (actual incurred charges to and from renter will be totaled, minus the shipping charges paid at time of checkout, and the difference will be subtracted from the security deposit refund. (eg. If rental fee is $25, security deposit is $50, shipping charges are $12 at time of checkout, and actual shipping to is $11 and return shipping is $11 ($22 - $12 = $10) renter will receive $40 back if unit is returned in time).
  9. Additional days will be prorated at the weekly rental rate if unit(s) are not returned on time.  Day of return is determined by first scan-in of the package by carrier.
  10. Renter should call or Contact Us if there are any questions, if renter need's to arrange for extra time, or if renter is interested in converting the rental to a purchase.
